Guided Meditations

Guided meditations are a helpful tool for healing and experiencing more peace.

With a guided meditation you don’t have to quiet your mind. You get to just relax and receive.

Find a quiet place to lie down, or sit comfortably when you listen to the meditations.

Headphones or earphones are recommended to enhance the experience. But this is your life, so do what feels best for you :-)

Be sure not to listen to these while you are driving.
