Guided meditations are a really effective tool for healing, experiencing peace and receiving guidance.

With a guided meditation you don’t have to be the one trying to quiet your mind. You are guided to a place where it is easy to relax and tap into your subconscious mind. These meditations make use of symbolic imagery so you are able to connect with the deeper levels of your mind in an effort to encourage profound healing and personal development breakthroughs.

Debbie has created a few different types of meditations to address different needs you might have in your life.

7 Minute Calming and Centering Meditation (7:06 minutes)

Often times in life we leave our bodies because we don’t want to feel what we are feeling. The truth is, the more we can stay in our bodies, the more present we are, and the more peace we experience when we treat ourselves with kindness and love. This short meditation will walk you through an experience of climbing back into your body and feeling gratitude for the amazing vehicle you live in. You will experience peace and calm. It will help quiet your mind and calm your nervous system.

If you have someone in your life that is affecting you in a negative way and you don’t know what to do about it, how to free yourself; this is the meditation for you. This could be:

  • A break up you are having a hard time getting over

  • A parent that makes you feel bad about yourself

  • A child or teenager you are having a difficult time with

  • A boss who you feel a lot of stress around

I use this method often in my own life and have seen profound effects, some simply miraculous. I experience more peace and freedom the more I do this. If you want to know more, I recommend reading my book, The Safest Place Possible, where I explain it more in detail in one of the chapters. It is a fascinating read. This is a great tool to have. You can use it as many times as you need to, “clean” on as many people as you desire. This will bring you so much freedom and peace.

This meditation is based on a powerful and effective ancient Hawaiian healing method, called Ho’oponopono. Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, is a therapist who cured a complete ward of criminally insane patients – without ever seeing them. He never counseled any of them. The psychologist would look at an inmate’s chart and then work on himself. He would say a few statements that would “clean” on the part of him that he shared with the inmates. As he worked on himself patients began to heal.

Loving Reminders and Affirmations (11:16 minutes)

With all the tools I have learned as a restorative coach, I have found that loving yourself unconditionally is one of the most powerful things you can do. The more we love and accept ourselves with no judgment, the more peace and joy we experience, and the more we naturally treat others around us with love and kindness. This meditation will bathe you in love and remind you how valuable you are. It is filled with truths that all of us need to be reminded of. This may seem like a simple meditation, but it is actually quite powerful for your heart and mind, and can bring about profound change and healing. After being with a destructive person, we lose who we are and the truth about ourselves gets distorted. This meditation will help rewire your brain, adding in the truth of your beauty and worth.
