Guided Meditations (Temporarily Unavailable)
Guided meditations are a really effective tool for healing, experiencing peace and receiving guidance.
With a guided meditation you don’t have to be the one trying to quiet your mind. You are guided to a place where it is easy to relax and tap into your subconscious mind. These meditations make use of symbolic imagery so you are able to connect with the deeper levels of your mind in an effort to encourage profound healing and personal development breakthroughs.
Debbie has created a few different types of meditations to address different needs you might have in your life.
Often times in life we leave our bodies because we don’t want to feel what we are feeling. The truth is, the more we can stay in our bodies, the more present we are, and the more peace we experience when we treat ourselves with kindness and love. This short meditation will walk you through an experience of climbing back into your body and feeling gratitude for the amazing vehicle you live in. You will experience peace and calm. It will help quiet your mind and calm your nervous system.
If you have someone in your life that is affecting you in a negative way and you don’t know what to do about it, how to free yourself; this is the meditation for you. This could be:
A break up you are having a hard time getting over
A parent that makes you feel bad about yourself
A child or teenager you are having a difficult time with
A boss who you feel a lot of stress around
I use this method often in my own life and have seen profound effects, some simply miraculous. I experience more peace and freedom the more I do this. If you want to know more, I recommend reading my book, The Safest Place Possible, where I explain it more in detail in one of the chapters. It is a fascinating read. This is a great tool to have. You can use it as many times as you need to, “clean” on as many people as you desire. This will bring you so much freedom and peace.
This meditation is based on a powerful and effective ancient Hawaiian healing method, called Ho’oponopono. Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, is a therapist who cured a complete ward of criminally insane patients – without ever seeing them. He never counseled any of them. The psychologist would look at an inmate’s chart and then work on himself. He would say a few statements that would “clean” on the part of him that he shared with the inmates. As he worked on himself patients began to heal.
“After a few months patients who had been shackled were being allowed to walk freely. Others who had been heavily medicated were getting their medications reduced. And those who had been seen as having no chance of ever being released were being freed.” Zero Limits by Joe Vitale
RESPONSE TO THIS MEDITATION
“Debbie, I wanted to let you know I have been doing the meditation about once a day. It’s really helping me make a positive shift and feel stronger, calmer and be able to block out more effectively his constant barrage of attacking messages. I am shifting away from the feeling of being trapped and repeatedly victimized by him. It’s amazing.” An email I received from a client about her experience with this meditation
With all the tools I have learned as a restorative coach, I have found that loving yourself unconditionally is one of the most powerful things you can do. The more we love and accept ourselves with no judgment, the more peace and joy we experience, and the more we naturally treat others around us with love and kindness. This meditation will bathe you in love and remind you how valuable you are. It is filled with truths that all of us need to be reminded of. This may seem like a simple meditation, but it is actually quite powerful for your heart and mind, and can bring about profound change and healing. After being with a destructive person, we lose who we are and the truth about ourselves gets distorted. This meditation will help rewire your brain, adding in the truth of your beauty and worth.
Confused about what you want to do with your life?
Not sure what lights you up anymore?
Wondering what your life purpose is?
If you are feeling any of the above, this meditation is a fun and fascinating way to help you get answers. You will meet and have a conversation with your future self. This is a time to give yourself permission to play, to dream. It helps if you can let go of any expectations and allow yourself to play. Because of the relaxed state you will experience, you will be able to hear clear and helpful guidance. Like all the guided meditations, you can do this as many times as you want to, continuing to receive multiple levels of advice and direction. You will get so much out of this and begin to feel hope and excitement about your life, as well as developing a new and very special connection with yourself. I can’t wait for you to enjoy this special and sacred journey!
RESPONSE TO THE MEDITATION
“I had never done meditation before this particular one ‘Meeting Your Future Self-Getting Clear on Your Passions and Life Purpose-Guided Meditation by Debbie Mirza’ and honestly, I had no clue what to expect? Trying to articulate the feelings and the energy coursing through my body might be hard to explain but I’ll try. I’m not sure if it was Debbie’s voice, the visual imagery my mind created, or my willingness to just let go, be still and let Debbie guide me? Whatever the case, it was intense, and one I’ll never forget! Tears flowed down my face rather quickly, but they weren’t sad tears nor happy tears, they were tears of every single emotion (good and bad) that have been knotted inside my core. Healing comes in many forms and this meditation was a beautiful outlet for just that! I was able to center myself and get a deeper clarity on what I need to work on in order to truly heal, and to be the best version of myself possible!” Megan
